Fees

We strive to offer qualitative high-value services for a fair price. Furthermore, we want you to know in advance what the costs could be and therefore we try to make our fees as transparent as possible.

For the first advisory appointment, fees are only charged if you retain us as legal counsel. In all other cases, our fees for consultation are based on the subsequent services rendered.

For the first consultation we charge approximately 100,- EUR including VAT. Should the extent, the relevance or the length of the appointment exceed this estimated fee, we will inform you in advance. In accordance with the `Lawyer Remuneration Act´, the maximum fee is 190,- EUR plus VAT (= 226,10 EUR).

Outside of our normal business hours the Service Telephone number is also accessible as an emergency contact. Please note that because you will be connected per mobile phone with our lawyers, it can take somewhat longer to answer your call than during normal office hours. There are no charges for the call until you have been connected!

Should it be determined during the initial consultation that further consultation be necessary or if you hire us to represent you against other parties, we will calculate our retainer per the legal fee or hourly rate.

Regarding our hourly rates, we can inform you of our hourly rates personally. Fees that are based on the amount of the value in dispute are fixed by the Lawyer Remuneration Act.
