If you need legal advice or representation, it is best to send us a short email get in touch with the contact form, so that a lawyer can assess whether we can help you. If we are familiar with your issue, we will offer you an initial consultation.
In an initial consultation, we can tell you which strategy has a chance of success and and what costs you will be incurring. In order to be able to thoroughly assess your case, you should bring all documents (contracts, letters from the opponent, notices, etc.) to this appointment or send them in advance.
For the first consultation we usually charge a flat fee of 150,- EUR incl. VAT.
We would also be happy to advise you via web conference, telephone or email. In this case, we will ask you to pay the fee in advance via our online with our payment service or by bank transfer.
